The example is stupid. You warn and mute him and then ban him? What's the point of that.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?Being an admin is not always about banning the culprit. There's also more to it than just "Disrespect" and "Exploit".Nope.
