Note: I am not sure what is wrong with my gametracker, I have played a lot recently and it only shows up on somedays and not as much time. So please don't base my activity all on that.

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.: I think that I have helped a lot of people with their F1’s and that I have got to know the staff a lot more better. I think that it has been really fun being a moderator because the staff are really nice and helping people gives me a good feeling.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).: There was a person (e.g Jack) who had made an F1 saying a guy broke NLR. I teleported to him and I checked the logs for the person who killed him. I looked at the logs and there were three kills a couple minutes apart, I tp’ed the other person (e.g Brian). He said that Jack killed him and that he waited for NLR to end. He then said that Jack came and killed him. He then respawned and killed Jack as he was shooting at him. Jack said that Brian came to his house and was raiding him but Jack killed Brian. Brian then came back to kill Jack but he killed him again. Jack then said he made the F1 and then Brian came back and killed Jack. I asked them both for proof and Jack was the only person who had proof. He showed me the screenshots and it wasn’t too clear but then I could see. Brian looked as well and he was complaining it was fake. I warned Brian for breaking NLR. The reason that this was hard for me was because that it was one of my first F1’s and still now one of my most challenging.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: Start off by pressing F1, you will realise that it is different to the normal menu. If you click on the F1 you will see that is says a number of things. If you press handle this you will see that it comes up with more options. With these you can mark it as finished, tp to them, go to them and leave the F1.Also if you press on the warnings you can see all the recent warnings. Then you will see the logging tab which shows you the arrests, deaths, who has joined, who has left and more. You can also search the logs. Also if you press tab and press on someone’s name you will notice it comes up with more abilities. If you press kick it will kick them, if you press unban form job it will allow them to be that job again (it is set out in alphabetical order), there is a freeze button which freezes the player for a certain amount of time or until you press it again, you can also slay people (for trolling do not abuse this) you have; normal, silent, explode and rocket. These will kill the player, there is also a teleport button which will teleport the player to your crosshairs, you can ‘go to’ the player which will teleport you to them and there is a back button which will come up with last location and spawn this will teleport them to their last location or back to spawn. If you type ‘@’ or ‘///’ and the message next to it will send it to admin chat. Another command is ‘/warn’ this will warn the player you have to put ‘/warn [player or steam ID] [reason]’. Finally do not abuse your powers.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?:
Dear (name),
I would firstly like to say thank you for your apology and I can see you have made an effort in this letter. I know this is your first ban and you may regret what you did. I see you would like to play back on the server and you are really sorry. As you have made such an effort I am going to discuss this with the other staff and see what they think. I personally would like for you to come back on the server and I think the other members may think so too. I will let you know if you have become unbanned from the server. Thank you,

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words): I would like to be promoted as I would like to help people in more ways. For example, I have entered the vault many times trying to sort something out but I cannot do it as fast because people keep shooting me. So I would like to help people faster also when people get stuck I don’t have to teleport them out I could pick them up with my physics gun, which is another example. I would also like to guide moderators and people new to the server by telling them the rules and what they are doing wrong and what they are doing well. I would also like to help moderators in training, I know it is the super/head admins job but they could need a hand with the explaining. Also I would like to help other members of staff with more things like; building, events, meetings and more.
