What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when someone that is dead tells an alive player which platforms would kill them or what portal to go through and so on.

Jeff : what portal is the correct one?
*DEAD* Bob : (watches what the death presses then tells him the correct portal)

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:I would tell them to stop being disrespectful. If they continue i would !warn them and possibly !mute or !gag the player. If they still continue to misbehave then i will contact another member of staff or kick them myself.

Why I should be chosen: I should be chosen because i personally am respectful and know when others and i are in the wrong. I would deal with rule breakers in a manerable way and always treat everyone on this server with loyalty and respect no matter what. Also i have played on deathrun servers for many hours and i will continue to do so on ZARP servers.
