Additional notes: So basically I was walking with my Printers arround, he stopped with his Car next to me anddestroyed my printers, so I killed him. I stole his Car when he was dead and was about to scrap it when he just respawned it.

I took Screenshots from the beginnign since I already knew this was going to happen. He was laying on the ground watching me lockpicking his Car, so he knew what I was doing.
