The reason I locked it was because Red and I decided that the rule is pointless and doesn't need to be added. Just because it has a +Supports doesn't mean we have to accept something. That would be like saying "Oh look my suggestion for users to get ban powers had a lot of supports, you have to add it." The Bottom line is we make the decision on what is added/removed, if you would like to object to one of our decisions or try to argue your case come speak to us on TS.
