I was there aswell for this event, and I can +support the fact that everyone was getting rdm'ed, including myself.
I walked to the PD, and Kiltus was on the roof, shooting everything he saw with a m249.

You cant blame the guy for using a weapon? You can blame the person for using noclip and killing people.
