BHop rules are quite easy to remember and are straight forward considering it's four of the gamemode itself and the rest are general rules that you should know by common sense.

I don't see how SSRP rules are to be connected with BHop.

Its not that he might forget them, Its that he might not follow them as shown in the video he is not following the rules and it even looks like he changed his RP name so no one would notice him rule breaking.

My rp names always had tadgee in it.
