Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
If a player asked me how to bhop i would ask them to spectate me. Then I would ask them if they would rather use Easy Scroll or Normal. So they choose normal. I would tell them to spectate me and tell them how to get speed. You only have to use the a+d keys after starting off by tapping w and hold space at ALL times. So then i would spectate them and see if they are doing it right and i would tell them what to improve on and what not to do. Then I would also advise them to type !tut.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
If someone was text/mic spamming I would warn them not to first. If they continued I would gag them until the next map change. If they continued after the map change I would kick them and if they joined back and continued I would ask a admin to ban the player for a day.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If someone was using a exploit that noone knew I would first report the exploit to a member of staff. Then I would warn them not to use it as it ruins everybodys fun. Then if they continued to use the exploit I would kick them. Then if he came back and repeated his actions I would ask a admin to ban the user.

Why I should be chosen:.
I should be chosen because i am trusted with powers as I am staff on SSRP. I know the rules so I will be able to to the job of moderator. Im always on late at night and people always come on and rulebreak, and I always have to make ban appeals. I think it would be more efficient if I am a member of staff because then i can help out all the bhop staff team with the reports. Thank you for reading. -Tadgee
