A little note, I have used a few different names, I've mainly played on server 2 since at first I had troubles with the map on server 1 and I've just stuck with server 2 since then .

DarkRP Related

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random deathmatch is when player one player kills another player for a non-rp or invalid rp reason.

Example: Player X spots player Y on the street, player X pulls out a gun and shoots player Y in the back.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule is a rule that stops players from acting upon their previous life or returning to their point of death within a certain period of time.

Example:Player X gets killed by player Y, player X then returns to the location of his death and/or kills player Y.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when someone uses or provides ic information via ooc, or uses ooc information ic.

Example: Player X, calls for backup using ooc during a raid or mug or Player X tells Player Y about a raid via ooc.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X accuses player Y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player Y killed player X.
I bring the players in question to an area where we wont be disturbed, I then check the jobs of the players in question and the weapons used, I ask for a valid reason for player Y killing player X, if the reason is valid I ask for proof of it not being valid. If there is valid proof of rule breaking I warn player Y for RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X accuses player Y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I check the logs for breach of NLR timer and I ask why player Y killed player X, I ask if player Y returned to an NLR area and if player X was in the NLR area. If the questions and logs give enough proof to warn I warn player Y for NLR. Else I ask for proof in form of video or screenshots.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player X calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I give player X a verbal warning for metagaming followed by a command based warning if he continues the metagaming.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I have previous experience as a staff member on other servers. I have played on ZARP for a while and I tend to assist staff and tell people about rules they are breaking. I know the rules quite well and I update my knowledge of them as much as possible, I value and enjoy doing moderator/staff work and I would like to be a part of ZARP to help clean up people breaking rules and creating trouble for the servers. I tend to get along with most if not all players that follow the rules and I don't break the rules a lot. I also have no problem with punishing friends or such for breaking rules(sadly I have seen staff favour their friends). I am also willing to both teach and learn as a staff member as it helps keep the server clean.
