Promotion Related Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
If a player clearly RDM'd 2 people, got reported and then left it would be an obvious ban. I would find their SteamID from the disconnect message and then ban them for a week with the reason "RDM + Leave". Any clear form of RDM and leave is bannable, this includes leaving with a SlayNR.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
First of all I would thank the player for making the effort to appeal his ban and assure him that we just want people to enjoy their experience on ZARP. Since he tried hard to get unbanned and it's only his first ban, I would accept the appeal and warn him that if he gets banned again it's unlikely he'll be unbanned.
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
I have been a member of the ZARP servers for over 2 years now and I have always enjoyed my time on them. I applied for moderator in order to help out the servers in a bigger way and so far I've really enjoyed doing so! I think now the time is right for me to apply for admin. I think mainly the new responsibilities would help me to moderate the server better and I hope that you feel I've proved I'm worthy of them. I'm very friendly with all the players, I play multiple hours on the TTT server every day and do reports the whole time. I'm really interested in helping the community and the servers improve as much as possible by moderating, posting suggestions, reporting players who need to be banned etc. If you give me admin I promise I won't let you down with these privileged powers.
Extra Information: Thank you all for taking the time to read my application and I would appreciate all feedback, positive or negative!
