When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?: I would like to use the ban command to ban someone who has a lot of warnings on the server and the ban would depends on how many warnings he has. Another reason I would like to use the ban command if is someone who is disrespecting and trolling on the server and if he leaves and then joins again to get rid of his mute/gag also if the map changes and then he starts trolling constantly.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
I think admin would help me a lot because I would have a lot more commands which would help me keep the server under control more and be able to use those commands to make sure that the server is free form trolls and people wants to annoy people or cause chaos.

Why I should be promoted : I have been on the server for a long time and I am a very active moderator, I am active on both the servers. I am also a experienced admin I have been admin on other servers before and I know how to handle situations
