Yes that is REALLY disrespectful but he was just mad with what the admins were saying and he just said that with no intention of being disrespectful or racist (I asume)

I'm sorry for my client's attitude but please give him a second chance, he is still pretty new to this community and he was enjoying it quite a lot, don't ruin the fun of this poor man c':
