Johnny the main reason that me and a few others don't want you as staff is because of how cocky and disrespectful you can get. And the warning....I mean if you improved on these little things I would love to have you back as staff, I'm not here to argue you can claim you are not disrespectful and cocky but we both know what is true and what isn't.
