We have taken a look into this problem for you, and found that you have multiple accounts on the ZARP site. Your other account (bartark2) is the one with the VIP upgrade, so we have unlinked your current account from your Steam profile which means your VIP will start working again. All you need to do now is reconnect to the server to see the upgrades. These upgrades are applied instantly after purchasing usually.
