You can find your steam profile link by clicking on your "nickname", then there should be a rollout menu with propably something like profile. Then when you are on your profile page do a right click and select copy url. Now you have your steam profile URL on your clipboard.

You can find your gametracker link by going to this site and search for your name that you clicked on to find your url.
