I was recently warned by an admin (ParaMontana) for hitting him whilst he was on the road. No hard feelings. We had a discussion about whether it was or wasn't allowed. The rules aren't quite clear on the issue.
3.1 a CDM - You must actively avoid killing players, this included the road and pavement.(please note this can sometimes be unavoidable due to lag. Please make sure you take this into consideration before punishing players)
3.1 b CDM Server 2 - You are not allowed to purposely run people over that are on the grass or pavement area.

Does the first rule apply to server 2?
I would appreciate any feedback and opinions.
