Mad Man Leaders of the gang, owners. Everything is decided by them, Gang Applications, Skill applications, Gang Alliances. Leaders can also fill the role of any skill group, at any given time.

Supervisor: Role is to make sure that all skilled Ranks/Jobs are doing their job and not slacking off. Can force employ Vanguards.
Requirements: Trustworthy. Leadership skills. Average Activity of 3-4 hours/day.

Difficulty to be accepted: Very Hard.

Gang Informer: Not everyone can do this job. It is up to him/her to use his activity to his personal advantage. Keeps track of all active Gang members on the server. If a player needs to go inactive for a while with valid reason, it is reported to him/her.
Requirements: Really High Activity, trusted by Mad Man, familiar with all Gang members, and needs to keep game tracker links of most/all players.
Open Positions:

Server 1: Only 2 people are required.

Server 2: Only 2 people are required.

Difficulty to be accepted: Very Hard.

Gang Recruiter: Simple, but tough job.
This Rank advertises and talks to players to inform them about the gang and encourages them to join. In Order to know that a person applied because, of a Gang Recruiter the applicant must include that in his application.
Requirements:Minimum 2-3 hours Activity and Needs to be social
Reward: Gets the Gang Fee of the player(s) that place his name in the "Are you applying because of a Gang Recruiter? If yes please state his name." question. BUT if a trial member back stabs the gang or fails to be officially accepted in the gang, Gang recruiter is responsible to pay back the money to said player or will be banned/kicked from Position/Gang, respectively.
Open positions5 on each server.
Difficulty to be accepted: Normal

Counselor: Very trusted person, that gives his opinion and advice to anyone in the Gang who who wishes for it what does he give advise members about? Basically, he can answer you on most of your Gang related questions, he can tell you how to gain trust in the gang, how to do a specific job, how to stay on the good side of the Overseer, how to be able to contact one of the Mad Man. How does he advise you, when and where? Whenever you see the Counselor in game just pm him letting him know you want advice, he will pm you back, if it's something long and can't be done in game, he will assign you a time to talk to him on steam, usually instantly.

Requirements:Needs to have leadership skills, trusted by most, wise, helpful and friendly.
No positions are available at this time.
Reward: Minimum of 1 million/week.

Difficulty to be accepted: Extremely Hard.

Trainers: This rank is for skilled players at everything SSRP ZARP related. Basically, his/her job is to use the Gang Boot Camp buildings built by the Mad Man to train players there.
Requirements: Needs to be Highly trusted by leaders. Skilled at building, Raiding and Defending. You should also be familiar with the jobs and rules.
Reward: $100,000 for each player trained.
Difficulty to be accepted: Hard

Veteran Thief:This rank is basically for the better thieves out there. This rank is for anyone who believes he is better than the average player at raiding a base.
Requirements: Needs to have at least one RPG and one Milkor.
Reward: %25 more of the loot than normal members, this can also be applied on printers, for example: ”A successful raid brings 1 nuclear, 1 sapphire and 3 gold printers. The raid was made by 4 players, 3 non-veteran thieves and one veteran thief, the veteran thief gets to keep one Nuke and the Sapphire and each of the non-veteran gets one gold.” In this example the this rank got the extra printer that broke the even distribution.
Difficulty to be accepted: Hard

Vanguard This rank is for the ones who are better at defending than the average member. Their job is simple, defend the base at all costs (The Red Line is rule breaking, meaning NO rule breaking.) The vanguard is only activated when needed.
Requirements:A good close range shooter. Patience.
Reward: Gets $200,000 for the full hour of base protecting. Can be activated/employed by all Gang members, but hired men, employer needs to pay from own pocket, can refuse unless employed by Leader/Supervisor. If base gets raided between the hour he/she will not have his hour reset.
Difficulty to be accepted:Hard

Mercenary: Average Member. No jobs/skills. No privileges.

Hired Gun: Below Average Member. No jobs/skills. No privileges. Untrustworthy. Needs to prove himself.

Procedure:A Mercenary is not easily accepted into a job. He/She must first fill out the Job/Rank template and wait for a reply from one of the Mad Man confirming his application has been accepted. After that, he/she should wait for one of the Mad Man to add him on steam and ask him to go on Garry’s Mod, DarkRP, Zarp and take a test to see if said person is qualified for the role.

Why this job system?
This system might seem like we are paying players to join the Gang/Stay in the Gang, but it is really not. We have notice that one of the reasons a Gang fails or does not last long is because the gang leaders lack motivation. This method should encourage us leaders to print and base, in order to maintain the amount of money needed to make this job system work. This method will also encourage players to do Specific roles. A member will not be paid if he or she do not work hard for it. This is a method similar to the player of the week concept first seen by the 4th Empire on ZARP, but instead of encouraging players to do unspecific jobs and helping out random other members we are focusing on giving each player something he can do to both help in building the gang and making money. Players who join gangs either join because they need protection, are bored of basing/raiding alone, for fun or need money. With this Job/Rank system we are securing 3/4 of the reasons. The last reason will be secured by the countless fun events, raids, epic fails...

We as a friendly and mature Gang have taken the responsibility to help teach all inexperienced, and experienced players the rules, and skills needed to have a good ZARP SSRP experience, free of charge.

The reasons for doing this are

• Providing a better experience for all ZARP players.
  
• Decreasing the amount of rule breakers, which benefits everyone.
  
• Increasing the amount of players on ZARP by giving new players reasons to stay.
  
• Advertising our Gang as the good and friendly Clan that it is.
  
• Helping staff by decreasing the amount of rule breakers.

How would this benefit players?

• They will become more familiar with the rules which would save them from punishments from staff members.
  
• Help them learn and enhance new skills.
  
• If a player wishes to join the gang, taking this "class" would save him the trouble of making an application and skip directly to the trial rank.
  
• Players who are on trial can usually take this test to get promoted (Unless, test was taken to skip making application)

Notes:
- Players who do not wish to join the gang can also take these classes.
- A player can take the Boot Camp once a week.

What are the procedures/stages that each player will undergo?

1. Explanation of basic rules + answering of questions on anything unclear, this includes the explanation of jobs and how role play works (mugging, raiding etc...). Then, an oral/typed test is made by randomly selecting rules/situations; this procedure helps us ensure that players have read and understood everything.
   
2. Building lessons are given, followed by a test.
   
3. Base defending lessons are made, followed by a test.
   
4. A 1 v/s 1 will be made to ensure that the player has the appropriate shooting skills needed.

Notes:
TDMs (Team Deathmatches), Free for All Deathmatches and 1 v/s 1 events will also be made at least 2-3 times a week to help improve shooting skills.

- Any Lesson(s) can be skipped directly to the test, if a player believes he does not need it. (This is usually done by players who are taking the Boot camp to avoid applying.)

Who will be giving/teaching these training sessions?

The fact that this training session will contain newbies and good players, the leaders will be choosing a few of their best and most trusted players as "trainers".
This title can also be filled by any leader at any given time if said leader wishes to do so.

Where will these boot camps be hosted?

M.A.D. M.E.N. has designed and built training camps that are suited for each stage. Usually, trainers or leaders will advert in the chat that the Boot camp is now available and anyone who wishes to join, should pm "Name of Trainer/Leader".

The gang fee is $250,000. Kicked Trials get their money back.
Because it is hard to indicate which Gang is better. We have decided that when we have successfully raided or defended a gang base that includes at least one of the leaders with a maximum ratio of 2:1, three times then we have officially "defeated" said Gang. The same applies Vice-Versa. This is of course not a permanent defeat or victory. We as a gang can be defeated after claiming superior or win after being claimed defeated by another Gang IF the above factors are met again.

Enemies and Alliances are declared by the gang Leaders. If a certain Gang wishes to create a "contract of alliance" with us the Leader of said gang must add Johnny Smith or Mario on steam further instruction will be given on add.
Enemies are gangs or players who underestimate and attempt to irritate us, by attacking the gang in a verbal or physical (e.g raiding a gang base) way.
In order to end a war you must pay a fee of $2,000,000.
