How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

Why I should be chosen?
Well i have several reasons why i think i should be chosen to be a proud staff member of Zarp Deathrun and a great addition to the team;

- Firstly i am a nice down to earth guy i enjoy playing zarp deathrun and i think every one should too,i would want to help the server and rid it of rule breakers eg; Ghosters , death avoiders and people like that.
- I am a nice guy i can be trusted with powers (i am a ssrp admin).
- when i'm not on the server i would be on dark rp or the forums looking at applications for deathrun and dark rp.
-I usually play like 3-4 or even more hours a day.
-I enjoy helping out on the server.

[spoiler][b][color=#00ffff]Ghosting is when a player is dead and He/She is giving the players who are alive tips or hints telling them where to go or what to do eg; player X has just died gouing through a trap and then player Y then walks by and then player X tells him "no don't go through the left door go through the right i died by gouing through the left .[/color][/b][/spoiler]

[spoiler][color=#00ffff]If the player was just saying something like "your a idiot" or something like that I would just give them a verbal warning,but ifthe person was being racist , sexist , Homophobic or descriminating some one i would give them a warning and theni would talk to the person and tell them about how it was wrong and why they shouldn't do it i would then gag the person or mute them from chat for 10 minutes.
Then if the person carrys on i would warn them again then talk to the person again about how that was wrong and why they shouldn't do it  then i would kick them, Then if the player joins again and starts to troll and carrys on and on i would get a admin or higher to ban the person for a certan amount of time.[/color][/b][/spoiler]
