Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Explanation
Random death match also known as RDM is when a player kills another player for no RP reason which is punishable.
Example
Player X walks down the road, but suddenly player y is bored and decides to kill player x for no RP reason

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
Explanation
New Life rule also known as NLR is when a player dies in a district then before 3 minutes enters the same district he died in.
Example
When Player X is raiding player Y and player x dies, then he enters the same district he died in before 3 minutes to raid player Y again

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Explanation
Metagaming is when a player uses OOC (out of character) chat for Rp reasons.

Example

Player X uses OOC to tell his friends that he is getting raided instead of using group chat or /pm

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

How I Would Handle This

I would listen to Player x's story then get the player Y, I would then listen to player y's story. I would then ask for proof of not only the killing, proof of it being random, then would explain the punishments if it was random.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in the console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

How I would handle this
I would listen to both stories that the players have, I would then check to see how many times player X killed player Y, I would then take this into account and warn the person who lost the fight and came back.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided I need help.

How I would handle this

I would pm player X and telling him what he is doing and what rule he is breaking, I would give him a verbal warning, if he repeated it after I told him I would then bring him to a roof and talk, possible warn him.

Why I should be chosen

I have had a amazing time with the Zarp community, but we all know it isn't perfect due to rule breakers. But now I want to make a change and put a stop to the constant rule breaking and make Zarp once again glorious. Lately there has been many complaints in game about no one doing or sorting out the F1's and I want to fix this as well by doing as many f1's as possible.
I also think I should be accepted because I am very friendly to others/I love to help out new players to the server by pointing them in certain directions, telling them rules, giving them money to start off their Zarp lives and generally I love to make people happy.
