What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is the disclosure of game compromising information from dead players whom are spectating, to those that are still alive in the game. How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: Given my previous moderation experience I have realized that the best way to deal with a disrespectful player is the Warn>Kick>Ban approach. Most players will usually cease their malicious behavior if asked to stop in a certain way if spoken to in a respectful way, and that usually solves the issue. However if a player persists it may be necessary to Kick the player. At this point any player wishing to not cause any deliberate harm would have stopped and negative actions he was taking, so if at this time the player had not stopped, it may be necessary to issue a ban relative to the scope of the situation.

Why I should be chosen: Oh god I hate these questions, they always come up in job interviews. There isn't all that much that makes me soar above the other candidates, sure I may be more experienced in situations involving malicious people due to my previous experience in moderation and administration, but to be honest I'm just an honest chap wanting to help out the server. All too often I see mic spammers or any other wavelength from the spectrum of rulebreakers and I feel helpless, especially seeing as I don't speak to many people on the community if any at all. I'm on Deathrun from time to time and I'm practically cemented into teamspeak (Even if nobody ever says hello), I just want to spare a helping hand this summer as the strain on Zarp's servers increases.
