What did the Staff Member(s) do?: He raided a building base with 4 people inside of it. He failed to see a blatantly large building sign. Which was very evident. He admitted to his mistake. He ruined about 3 hours worth of work for us. He admitted to his fault as well which can be seen in the screenshots i will provide. I think being sorry is simply not enough for someone who is moderator and fails to follow such simple rules.

What server(s) was this on?: Server 2

More info: Tadgee has previously been caught breaking rules as staff and a valid demote request appeared but was denied as he was spoken to. Since he has previously had valid demote requests i think he is incapable of maintaining staff in am efficient manner.

Hopefully this is not ''to much of a biggie'' and will be taken more seriously.
