Improve How would you deal with a disrespectful player part. Expand it, mention gag/mute/kick command in which situation. Also, mention the warn command and Admin's help.

Gametime and activity are both very low. (Tho, activity looks good under the name of The NeWdUdEzzz).

For how much you've been online, I wonder how you could be online without a staff member on. But that is not the question. Improve your application and game time, I don't personnally know you so I can't tell much about you, let's see what other staff members have to say about you.
