Random Death Match (RDM) is where a player kills another player randomly without a valid roleplay reason.

An example scenario is if I was a hitman and went around killing players without hits just because I am a hitman as that does not give me a valid reason to go around and kill players thus is is RDM.

NLR is when you die you cannot go back to, or interact with, the district that you died in.

An example scenario is is I was killed in the fountain district I would not be allowed to enter that district or interact with anyone in that district until the 3 minutes is up.

Metagaming is using out of character information for in character exploitation.

An example scenario is saying my base is being raided in ooc. Another example is someone saying they are at the fountain and they have a hit so you go there and kill them as a hitman which would be using that informartion which, granted, should not have been said in the first place but it is still considered metagaming.

I would TP the player that made an F1 and get his side. I would then ask the player in question for his valid RP reason for killing the player that submitted the F1 and if it is concluded that he did not kill him for a valid reason he would get a warn and if it is concluded that it was in fact a valid reason he would not get a warn and it would be explained to both parties and if there was picture or video evidence that would also be looked at and considered.

I would tp to the player and ask him what happened. I would then talk to the player in question and ask him where he was killed and if he indeed broke NLR. I would see if either party had picture or video proof and I would examine it and once I have gotten all the information I needed I would either find the accused party guilty or not guilty based on the proof and each parties side of the story.

I would tp to him and tell him that is metagaming and that he cannot call for help like that. I would tell him he is free to PM anyone he wants but that cannot be stated in OOC.

I should be chosen because I am a long time ZARP member and have been staff for a very long time. I resigned a while back and I have just recently gotten a new computer and am returning. I know how to handle myself as staff and I have a great amount of experience in being staff on this server. I am a very loyal staff member and have never left for another community or betrayed this communities trust.

I have decided to apply for moderator and work my way back up to all staff positions to show that I am dedicated and I will be here for a long time and am willing to work my way up.

I have a recent warning from Hahzy after just coming back but I was messing around with Morgan and friends and killed a player. I then gave that player his weapons and 15k back in apologies for killing him and it was all worked out. Hahzy then decided to warn me for it anyways without saying anything to me so I am confused as to why he did that. Staff members give verbal warnings all the time and I had already made amends with the player and the player said it was ok.

I have just recently gotten back but I know what I am doing and want to start helping the server as soon as possible.
