I've checked your request early after you posted it but had to leave, so I haven't been able to do anything about it.
I've asked other staff members to check it but as there are no replies here I don't think anybody took action.

I've now checked you request and decided to check in game and wait until he comes back to warn him (unless King does it first). I would have ban him for a hour but as you made your request hours ago now I doubt he'd reconnect during this night. It wouldn't be helpful.
