Hey man I feel your frustration. When I was a user I thought it was soooooooo annoying that staff was always 10 to 15 minutes late. But when you become a staff member it is hard. You are trying to help out other players ( Which you VOLUNTEERED for) and you want to do that but after awhile you become tired of the same thing and want to role play for a bit. There is nothing wrong with staff members role playing as long as they do F1's evrey now and then, some staff just want a break and some just want to role play or just help out. You guys think we could do things a lot faster but we have to wait for the proof the be uploaded, look at it it, bring the player, take to the player and warn/ ban player, then put both people back in game. This usually take a least 3min unless the person that made the f1 is prepared ( uploading proof and ready to tell there story). Sorry but we get overwhelmed with f1's on a daily basis and you have to be patient.
