i think my time as a mod has learned me alot about the rules and the standard rule breaking and how to handle the most occurring problems
the big problem about only being mod is when it comes to props. i can't remove them or interact with them in anyway and that's a big problem. and also if im witnessing a rdm taking progress i can't freeze them that easy. i have to go in the tab menu and find the name(wich can be hard sometimes) and by the time it's too late to safe a life. hello. congratulations on becoming a moderater on the zarp SSRP server. i will give you a quick summary of the new commands you can do as a moderator
/teleport is a command that does so you get teleported where your crosshair is pointing
/goto you use to go to a player. you type /goto (playername) to use it
/warn (SteamID)(Reason) you use to warn a player for rule breaking. you get their steamid in the tab menu under their name.
/bring (playername) you use to teleport a player to you. you can also use /tp. but remember that you can telemort more that one person if they have the same letters. i have been told that you tp the whole server if you don't type anything so be awar
/freeze (name) can be used to freeze a player wich makes them unable to move. you can also do this in the tab menu
/kick (playername) is only used if someone is doing real bad stuff(like mass rdm, propspaming to crash the server and such)
if you prees f1 you will see a menu where it says admin request that is where all the f1 comes and then you have warnings that is where all the warnings why and how many they have gotten and now the last one called logging in the logging can you see can see who people killed and if you get arrested or of you change job. if you take out your admin keypad checker if you left click on a fadding door you can see if its connected to any keypad on if you left click on the keypad then you can if its working and if its on 4 sec. if you open the chat and make a @ or type /// then you can talk in the admin chat

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
hello player X. i see that you have been banned by propspaming wich is a serious ''crime'' but since this is your first ban and you have putt a lot of time into this. i have choosen to lover the ban to 48 hours(2days) you can read the rules while you wait. i hope this wont happen again

Why I should be promoted
im pretty good at making choices that are fair. i would do alot more f1's. i would say that my grammar is pretty good though i'm from denmark. i have read motd and remember it so i wouldn't have to ''pause'' an f1 to check. im able to participate in server meetings.i learn fast, so i can become better and better. i would be able to help the zarp community much better.
