I will post further information later, however what I meant by leave was when I went to talk to Horik he left to avoid any punishment etc, so I went on the other server and waited for him to be not afk (as he was at the time I joined) and when he returned I tried to speak to him and he ignored me so I gave him the opportunity to explain himself and he didn't take the opportunity.
