I have spoken to the staff member and it appears you are lying. You spawned a prop around him to prop trap him which is basically the same as prop block. He warned you for it but he typed the wrong thing al though it was close enough that it made sense/it was in the same area of a rulebreak. Next time try to get a video if you are not lying. Screen shoting him warning you doesn't help anyone.
