Define RDM
Random Death Match, Or randomly killing someone whitout any Roleplay Reasons.
Example 1 Player 1 walks into the road, just joined the server about to get out of spawn. Player one gets randomly shooted in the head.
Example 2 Player 1 walks into the spawn and start shooting everyone that spawns, causing a MASSRDM.

Define NLR
New Life Rule, meaning that whatever happened before I died, dies too with me. I am not allowed to use any kind of informations that I've acquired before dieing.
Example 1 I've been killed while raiding someone, I've seen tons of printers before dieing. I will go report the printers to the police as soon as I respawn
Example 2 Before dieing, I've heard one of them saying the codes to they keypad. I will go and use that code agaisnt them.

Define Meta Gaming
Metagaming, using some external factor of the games, using some informations said in ''OOC'' Agaisnt someone.
Example 1 Player 1 make use of knowledge that the Player 1 Knows but the character is not meant to know or should not be aware of.
I would bring both players into a sit, Talk to them and try to see if it was a RDM, Maybe ask some people around if they have seen anything happen, After revising the sit and take a decision, I would warn or Ban the person, depending on how many warns the player Y received in the past.
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

What would I do in a RDM sit
I would first bring player 1 and player 2 into a sit. After that, I would listen to both player stories carefully. After listening to them, I'd take a good look of the logs and take care of the time stamps, after that I would go talk to some people that were around the incident, after hearing what players around had to say, I would go and punish the player 2 over his actions, Warning him or banning him depending on how much warns he got in the past. If I find out that one of the 2 players are lieing, the punishment would be longer.

What would I do if someone calls for help in OOC
First I would wait until the RP finishes, after I would go explain to him that the usage of OOC should be used only for Out of Characters talkings. I'd maybe go see if the Cops are doign their proper RP jobs.

Why would you chose me?
I am highly experienced in Garrys mod, For the Lua codings and also being a moderator/admin. I've been Moderators and or Admins on many server. I know how to handle situations whitout any trouble, I can be online on the server almost day and night, I know the rules of the server. I am someone who love to help and improve, I'd do my best to improve the server the way I can, by making it clean, by creating Events and such, maybe even giving some Jobs Ideas! I almost never ever give up, and will always try until I succeed. I will always try my best and never slack. As I said before, I can Code, but not only LUA I can also code some HTML and CSS, if one day needed or the forums maybe one day break, or get attacked, we never know I could easily put up a "Second" Forum for the waiting time. I also am very good toward IP stuff, if we ever get attacked, or DDoSed, I can easily investigate and find the ''Attacker'' And null his attacks. And also to end, I would feel gladly honored to be able to join such a beautiful community and be able to influence toward the better goods

What would I do in a DDoS situation?
I would quickly take the DDoSer IP and report them to their provider, and the law
