The proof is not very good. It shows you dead and chat, there is no proof that she even killed you it could of been someone from behind you or on a roof. That's why recording is better if you are trying to prove stories of RDM and Failrp. There is no need for any action to be taken upon this staff member. Next time try to get more sufficient evidence.
