Game time is good, I see you quite often and you're pretty friendly. Application is decent but could use some spellchecks and you could expand on the Why I want to be chosen part.
Also, I'd like to point out that in the NLR case, proof from player X is required only if logs got reset and don't show anything. If logs do however show, player Y can be warned for NLR since he interacted with player X moments after his death.
I do not know how many warns you have since I'm on my phone.
