We have taken a look into this problem for you, and found that you have multiple accounts on the ZARP site. Your other account (topkek.net) does not have the VIP upgrade so we have disabled this account so that you can enjoy the benefits on your new one. All you need to do now is reconnect to the server to see the upgrades. These upgrades are applied instantly after purchasing usually.
