•You can't just warn a player for a vague response or no response at all. You can warn him if he admits to RDM. Otherwise it would require proof from player X.
•NLR does not refer to just returning to your death spot. You should not interact with people who, lets say, killed you, until the NLR timer has passed. This applies to all areas. I'll decide to remain neutral. Good luck!
