How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3? I would move the bully into a spacer with the victim in a spacer, deal with it as maturely as possible, if the bully still acts immature, then I will kick him.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.
Kick - Kicks someone from the server/channel: Someone is micspamming or just being annoying after everyone says repeatedly to stop.
Ban - Bans the person from the TS channel for a certain amount of time: Someone is being racist and/or sexist or comes back and does the same thing after being kick repeatedly.
Move- moves someone from channel to channel: when someone asks to speak with someone else privately or if they are afk and they would be moved to the afk lobby.
Add user to group - pretty straight forward: When a user gets promoted
Remove user from group - once again, pretty straight forward: When a user gets demoted.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words). Ive been TS staff before and no one complained on the way I did thing as TS staff. I am staff on multiple servers and so it would help me when I need to talk to any specific person or if Lead team needs help during meetings I can kick/move people in.
