This is not proof of hacking. The Is a reason admins don't ban for hacking often....they cannot get good proof, this can just be the drug don't jump to a conclusion, did you ever think about if he wasn't hacking and you just assumed so and banned him and then he is banned for a long time for no reason. Why not if you see him ingame again get a high rank to anti cheat him instead of flat out banning him.
