You need ACTUAL proof of him hacking before you ban him, this video was only 18 seconds long when the drug lasts for about 30-45 seconds. He could of ran into a building and raided it and took a drug then ranoutside and seen people who were wanted and tried to arrest him. You don't know for sure thats why i've been saying this on threads like this, make sure he is hacking. I
