Estimated Server Time Like 2-4hours a day for like the last month?

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop. Uhh, I guess I would tell them the key aspects on Bhop (gaining speed through strafing, crouch jumping ect) while speccing them, and giving them pointers on how they can improve

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming. Firstly I would warn them, and if they ignored that than I would server mute them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server. I would firstly warn them to stop what they are doing/turn it off if not, I would kick/ban them depending on the extremity of it.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words)[

When I first joined the Zarp gaming servers I was greeted with very friendly community members and mods/admins. I would firstly like to continue this tradition on and keep the server a very friendly place to be, while helping people the best way that I can. I believe that I am responsible and unbiased, and keep a clear mind if any problems were to happen. However, the time I often go onto the Bhop server (around early afternoon) there doesn't seem to be many/any mods on at times and I feel that I would be a good addition especially on the times that I go onto the server.
