When he handles an f1, he doesn't just issue punishments, he actually explains to players why what they did was wrong and if they ask, he'll explain why the rule is there.

Spent over an hour and a half in an f1 with Jayo. He answered a ton of my questions and was very understanding and polite. He also took on suggestions I had about the server and passed them on for me.

Not only is Jayo a good moderator, but he is a valuable asset to the community as a whole. Jayo is a great, fun guy who knows how to roleplay and have a good time. He knows how to speak to people and he shows respect, even when players push his buttons.

I honestly would be absolutely shocked to see Jayo not get promoted to Administrator. By far, Jayo is one of the best staff members on this server I have met so far.
