I wouldn't give two craps if they done that to me everyday or get tired. The ideal level of being an administrator ( Talking to all staff & servers ) is to never get angry. That may sound crazy but you got to sink it in. If one is easily getting angry, people won't take you seriously.

Application could see improvement.

I feel like I've written enough in my application, I dont knot what else I should write.. We sorted it out with red

I believe in the best of one's ability that you can type more than that; some would use the word lacklustre in this case.

Please rephrase of what you've said there. There's always something to write about. You're just at the edge of a writer's block.
