Dosman is an active member of the community, on Server 1 he is on quite regularly and also has great gametime. I believe he has improved greatly over the time he first applied, he has become more mature and friendly. Although on TeamSpeak he can be very loud and immature, he has improved and isn't that bad anymore. I'm not sure about warnings though.
The things you could improve on is your application, although it looks good you could improve on explanations of things such as NLR ( might be a spelling mistake ) and possibly improve on examples too.
