PK Is a great guy, mature and fair to all, he could without a doubt make a great moderator.

I would however suggest working on your scenarios abit, simply asking for proof wont do it and often if you do it right you can get the rulebreaker to either admit to the offense, or atleast teach him that its wrong, simply by talking to him, asking questions such as "Well in the logs it says that you did kill him, would you mind explaining your valid roleplay reason to do so?" This question would be very easy to answer if he had one, but harder to make up if he didnt, and a few more questions after that would probably have him make a mistake, solving the rulebreak without even having to ask for evidence.

You should probably remove some bbcode aswell, and use it for highlights instead!
