Explanation of 'ghosting' and an example:
Ghosting is essentially sharing information illegally to players in-game. This can include sharing information while you are dead to players who are still alive, or giving information through social messaging programs such as Skype, Steam or other means of messaging.
Example 1:
Two players are using Skype to speak to each other; nothing wrong with that whatsoever. Player one dies from a trap which consists of two doors. One of the doors will kill you upon entry, and the other will not. Player two wants to know which door kills you, so player one decides to go ahead and tell him through Skype, which door is the wrong one. This would be ghosting because player one is sharing information illegally through social messaging. What player two should have done, is actually find out by himself, legitimately. Player one could have also told player two which door was the incorrect one via flying through to the Death area, and checking which button has been pressed to set the trap.

How I would deal with a disrespectful player:
If a player is being disrespectful, he should firstly be expected to apologize. If he doesn't apologize, the player will be told to apologize for his disrespect and will be verbally warned about it. If the player does not apologize for his disrespect, he will be given a warning via the warning system. If the player continues to be disrespectful, another warning will be given. Upon disrespecting a third time, the player will be kicked. If the player returns and continues his disrespect, a temporary ban should be set in place, in my opinion, for an hour or two. Any disrespect shown after this ban, will result in a permanent ban, or at least a temporary ban for a few days.

Why I should be chosen:
I believe I should be chosen to become a moderator because I have shown dedication to the server for the few months I have had the server on my favorites list, of which I have played at least 4 weeks. I have been told in the past that I am good at handling situations, many of which have included me being the only staff member on a server at the time, and still being able to deal with the situations at hand. My next point is, I can take a joke - but I also know when a joke goes too far. If a player begins to show disrespect in their jokes, they will be told to stop. If the joke is light disrespect, that can be okay depending on the circumstances.
