Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
RDM or Random Death Match is when a player kills another player without reason. An example is, player A walks over to player B and kills him for no reason, player a is a citizen and so his job doesn't give him a reason to kill player B.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
NLR or New Life Rule means that when you die, you start a new life and may not take actions based on your previous life, you also may not go back to your place of death for 3 minutes. An example would be, a player dies and he then goes back to his death point before his NLR timer (3 mins) is up. An example is player B is raiding player A, player B kills player A but player A comes back to his base to kill player B.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming, is using OOC (out of character) to influence IC (In Character) scenarios. An example would be player A uses OOC chat (out of character) to tell player B something to do with RP. Player A calls his friend player B to go to his base as it is getting raided, he does this in OOC chat.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would TP player X to a roof and ask for his side of the story and whether he has any proof, I would then TP player Y and ask for his side of the story. If player X has adequate proof I would warn player Y for RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would TP player X to a roof and ask for his side of the story and whether he has any proof. I would then TP player Y to the roof and ask for his side of the story, I would also ask player Y if they have any proof. Based on the proof given if player Y did break NLR I would warn him, however if player X just RDM'd player Y I would warn player X.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would TP to player X and make sure he understands what metagaming is, if not I would explain it to him. I would then tell him that I will give him a verbal warning for this instance but if he does it again I will warn him.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I have been a member of the Zarp community for very long time, well over a year. As you may know, I applied last week and was denied due to game activity, I have been playing every day since my last application increasing my game time by approximately 10 hours. I am a happy and friendly person that is eager to help others. I have a vast knowledge of Garry's Mod and so I am able to help others as well as playing the game properly myself. I am aware of the server rules and am happy to stick to and enforce them. I have knowledge of things like RDM, CDM, metagame and NLR and know where they apply and are appropriate. I am eager to join the moderator team and keep order in the server. I am online regularly and so I will be available most days to do my job. I have found Zarp to be a fun and lively community with great severs with regular players, most of which respect the rules and have a good time; I want to be there for those who do break the rules and try to spoil the game for others. I can't wait to see your verdict and I sincerely hope that I am accepted as a new moderator, I will greatly appreciate the response. I also would like to say a huge thanks in advance to anyone that posts below to give feedback on my application. Thank you for your time spent reading this this application. Oscar
