Scenario: When Player Y Kills Player X For No Reason.

Example: Bob Was Walking Along The Street But Dom Didn't Like Bob SO HE killed Him.

Scenario : Player Y Raids Player X Player Y Kills Player X He Cant Come back Within 3 Minutes.

Example : Bob Gets Raided By Dom, But Bob Has Printers In His Base So He Comes Back And Kills Dom.

I would love to be a moderator because i love doing f1's i would give enjoyment to the server .i have been watching admin/mods doing f1 getting advice from them and i have been watching a moderator that streams so i can get advice even more so i would a good piece of help to the staff.
