I would like this to be revisited.
First of all the printer safe is disconnected props. Second of all there is no proof of him giving the money, neither being scammed. Aka the rulebreak itself. Its only chat logs, it is lack of evidence for both the rulebreak and the money lost. Im just trying to be nice and give him money from my own wallet.

You have a duty to actually investigate it, you know. Just because the only evidence he has given hasn't tickled your fancy, doesn't mean that it can simply be shunned.

You should at least make the effort to talk to the accused about what happened; it's not like he hasn't tried to prove it.
