What is Ghosting? And give an example:
Ghosting is when you give your teammembers hints after you´re already dead.
Example: There is a Two-Door Trap. I walk into the left and die. AFTER that i tell everyone that the right Portal is the secure one.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I would ask him/her nicely to stop. If he/her dont i would ask him again. After that i would warn him/her. If he/she keeps going it will result in a mute or gag and further then in a kick. If He/She joins and still is disrespectful i would ask an Admin to deal with it.

Why I should be chosen:
I am a very nice person and a lot of players already know me that way. I am often on if there is no other admin or mod on. (German time zone ) Also i have a lot of deathrun experience. It often happens that there were players who violate rules when i was on but no other admins or mods. Would be nice to handle this on my own in the future.
