Story -

I was raiding an apartment building and I killed Hypnotic.

I went in and attempted to carry each pot, one by one into my room. On the third pot, Hypnotic instantly came back, rushed into his room and put stacks of props to block his door, as can be seen in the screenshots.






I told him that he was breaking the rules and submitted an F1, unfortunately, no admin was available to take my F1 at the time.


As I was waiting outside his apartment, taking screenshots of his prop block and noting down the NLR behavior, he was very disrespectful () He claimed to be building even though he still had pots inside. He quickly placed this sign down, which is not allowed because he was storing entities inside as you can see in this screenshot



Also, his building sign was very small and not correctly formatted.

He then went on and killed himself. He instantly came back, breaking NLR for the second time and shot me in the back () and said this

He then carried each one of his pots and entities back into his prop-blocked room and used his keypads to FDA.
