I have been on the server with you before and from what i have seen you are a friendly player who tries to help people when you can.

You have really good gametime if you keep going like this then I dont see why you would not get accepted for moderator.

If you wanted to improve your app further you could do like was Walrus said and expand on the disrespectful player question, could include what would happen if they were still disrespecting after map change.
