Brief description about yourself - (Minimum 50 words)
My name Is Paramontana (alias), I am 24 Years of age (27-07-1992)
I live in a beautiful country called the Netherlands. Where the entire population cover themselves in orange clothing a few times a year because of tradition ( Kings day, When our national team plays football) We are a country of weed and windmills.
I was always fascinated with playing computer games, it all started out when I got my first PlayStation.
I think I was like 8 years old back then. I believe I was a True 90’s kid as the main games I used to play on the PlayStation were those Demo game disks that you got at game stores for free to try out (good old days). When I turned 11 I got my first Computer with internet access. That is when I was introduced to my very first roleplaying game, Runescape was my very first RPG that I ever played and was hooked on for years.
Newer games were added over the years like World of Warcraft, Wolfenstein enemy territory and battlefield. In Every single game I enjoyed playing as a Support class or Medic in those games I really found out what kind of person I really am. I am a person that loves to help out others whenever he can.
Whether this is by pulling someone back up on his feet, Or giving close combat support to my team.
Why do you want to become a police officer and what can you bring to the force? - (Minimum 150 words)
Ever since I started playing on Grand Theft Arma, I constantly have been interacting with cops and medics. The amount of role-play these two roles offered me during my short stay at Altis was rather pleasant.
In my First week of my stay at Altis I applied to become an Medic I had multiple reasons for joining the medics.
First, I love helping people out and making other peoples RP more fun.
Second, I wanted to gain trust within the medics to show that I can be trusted with a role that can decide whether someone lives or dies. That I can make decisions that can turn the tables of an ongoing Role-play and make it so much more enjoyable.
Third, To use my position within the NHS as a stepping stone to even bigger RP’s, My loyalty will lay with the Medics but there is room for one more spot and that is the cops. I don’t enjoy playing as a rebel.
All I do is fish and fish and fish. I have not robbed a single person because it is not in my nature to do things that are injustice, apart from turtle poaching…
When I first joined a gang I was forced to come with on an Illegal run and I did not enjoy it because I rather made my living in an honest way. *coughs* totally not mentioning any turtles here.
To make a long story short, My reason of wanting to join the cops is to broaden my RP horizon
Tell us in some detail what tasks you expect to be undertaking as a police officer - (Minimum 100 words)
What I can bring you are the things that make me unique.
My enthusiasm for Role-play I love to play a role that I may never fulfill in the real world
I will bring the police a wider variety of role-play. I feel that often cops do not interact with the citizens of Altis. I feel as an officer it is important to know your City but more important to know your people.

My Skillset
________________________________
Communication
In my daily routine I often have to communicate with a lot of people I master all forms of communication. including one-on-one, departmental, and full-staff conversations.
Motivation
I often inspire the people around me to go the extra mile
I help them build self-esteem through recognition and rewards, or by giving new responsibilities to increase their investment in life. I believe that motivators work best for productivity and passion.
Delegating
When i am working on something i wish to give the people around me a chance to show to me that they are ready for potential growth. I identify the skills of each person i select to help me with the current situation, and assign duties to each person based on his or her skill set. By delegating tasks to people, you can focus on other important tasks. (( this would only be if I ever become a leading force within the organization)

What i will be expecting from the Police
________________________________
Partaking in my police training
Learning how to best deal with criminals, learn how to use the taser, patrol strategies, how to perform a chase and communicate with your district, Learn how to work check points or at the least have me on the sidelines to watch how it goes. And many more lessons
Interaction with the People of altis
Communication between Police and the citizens of the cities are extremely important.
Often the citizens of the island are the ones to help you when you are in most need. To then later return the favor when they are in need.
Patrol
To partake in daily foot and vehicle patrols around the cities and roads.
Solve situations during my patrols between the innocent and foe.
Ensuring that the fisherman in town are safe and not getting robbed when they try to purchase a boat or sell fish ware. To ensure that all legal activities around our land are not being interrupted by criminal influences.
Writing tickets and making arrests
Amazing forms of role-play during citation writing that can sometimes be extremely tense due to criminal influences all over the country, you never know when something can go wrong. Dealing with those stressful situations is amazing.
Arresting people which also take extended role-play, something I have been wanting to do for a long time, is roleplaying inside a car this will be amazing to do during a shift.
Working hard for honest pay
You get a good paycheck as a police officer, so I will be expected to work hard for that big paycheck.
This will be accomplished by going above and beyond to deliver good role-play to everybody around me.
Responding to dispatch requests
Whether this is to support people during a copper run and escort them, Or responding to a emergency call of a shooting 4 kilometers away. Some times to answer questions, or relay information towards the medics when the gun fight has ended so they have a save passage.
Show us your understanding of role play by explaining your character's backstory - (Minimum 100 words)
Para Montana was born in the Netherlands where his parents had called him Para Montana because when his mother was pregnant of him she won the lottery of a few million euros. From that day She decided her name of her unborn son would be Para, which in turkey means money.
She believed that her luck was because she was pregnant of a little boy.
Having the last name of Montana, now a rich family.
Para grew up in a wealthy fashion. His parents where never rich nor where their parents and grandparents before them.
Para was sent to private schools to make sure he would be well educated by the time of adulthood. Shortly after his 18th birthday he decided to visit an old Dutch fishers village.
He was so fascinated with the place that he decided to ask one of the nearby fishermen to teach him how to fish. Para got fascinated with fishing and took it up as his career going totally against what his parents wanted for him.
Over the next couple of years Paramontana spent most of his time at sea and would sometimes not come home for months.
At age 24 he decided he wanted to start fishing for bigger fish and decided to move to Greece and the island Altis. He left everything behind all his money and all his owning’s. He wanted a fresh start in the world. He wanted to make his own money and do true to his name which stands for money.
It wasn’t long before he was fishing one day and got robbed multiple times from all his earnings his boat destroyed and his life ruined. It felt like he was no longer able to make any form of living without protection.
He decided to invest money into a criminal organization to gain him weapons he could defend himself both on land and in the water. That is how Para was introduced to the SDAR multipurpose weapon
It came in such good handy that he barely ever got robbed again and he was able to kill the biggest fishes around the sea.
One day he drove to his home only to witness a massive gun fight between the cops and some of the biggest criminal organizations within the Altis island. All those people dying, Cops rushing with sirens medics on Scene. That was the day he decided he wanted to help Altis.
Para shortly joined the NHS and is still serving and is looking to expand his horizon by joining the cops.
