Alright so this guy was a hotel owner and a SAS reported him for propspam and i went to the SAS and the hotel owner had the whole penthouse floor filled with fences and the stair well was filled with tubes in the general- specialized section and i told him to remove it all because he was prop spamming and he started to tell me that he was building but he was prop spamming
